    Abandoned beaten up car with all 4 windows down, and trash outside, missing rear view mirror, and at least one door handle, possibly with battery turned on (engine off) left on Brookdale Ave at the southeast corner of Best Ave under the large trees. BROOKDALE AVE is an emergency vehicle through-way and this car is left in the street

    Large ficus trees on Brookdale Ave at northeast corner by Best Ave have overgrown into street and are interfering with traffic. The are now only 10' clearance and trucks are clipping the trees causing further damage to the trees and the tops of the trucks. The trees need to be trimmed back and higher.
