the city normally comes out to trim back The cattails and the bushes growing into the culvert behind our properties. it has not been done in a long time and the cattails especially are worse than we have seen them in a long while. for whatever reason the city sprayed and killed the ones behind everyone's property except mine and my neighbors' at 867 Pinellas Point Drive South (I manage their property when they are in CT.). I am not certain I am reporting this to the correct department but if not, I would love to have contact information to who I should contact from here out.

Not actually sure if this involves sewer lines but that is the only choice I was given. There has been "caution" tape and barricades up on the median at this crossroads for a few MONTHS. There is a CONSTANT leak of water at this location and the road is never dry. I don't know what is happening with the City's lack of resolve with this issue. Kept thinking I would see something on this site with someone else reporting it, but if it's been reported, I haven't seen it.

Not sure if these are dead electrical wires or cable wires, but somebody left them just laying in my yard against the utility pole last week. It's hanging from the connected wiring at the top of the pole.

Is there any way to get a regular crosswalk in this intersection, or a flashing pedestrian Crossing sign. Too many people who do not live in the neighborhood and are not paying close enough attention, mistake this for a stop sign and lock up their brakes at the last minute in confusion. At best this disrupts flow of traffic, at worst, it causes too many near-collisions. Can someone please look into this? Myself and several other neighbors feel one of the flashing crosswalks would be better served AND less confusing.

I have this lake behind me and the city used to spray occasionally AND take care of plants growing around the culverts (like behind my house), but I haven't seen anyone spray or trim back the overgrowth in quite some time (and I work from home, so I probably would have noticed), and it has become a breeding ground. I've lived here 5 years and the mosquitoes have NEVER been this bad. I know all the rain exacerbates them, however we've had more rain than this in the past, and they were never so bad. I think much has to do with all the overgrowth at the culvert. I could show you pics of what it used to look like, and now, it's just awful. Anyway - Anything you can do would be appreciated.
