    The open / empty lot next to my residence (I live @ 155 25th ave N - this would be the lot to the left of my home if you're looking at the home - closer to 2nd Ave) is not being maintained. I maintain up to my property line, which is at the fence. There is overgrown vegetation right up to my property line, and I regularly see snakes there. Please ensure whomever owns this land resumes maintainence. It is quite a hazard, and I am concerned about bugs, more snakes, rats, and other vermin. This is unsightly and unsafe.

    There is a tree down on 25th Ave between 1st and 2nd Ave. There is an empty lot there, and the down tree is blocking the sidewalk.
