    Section 106.1 explains when permits are need and 106.2 shows the exceptions, why is the city of El Reno not enforcing this at 1501 south rockisland Ave where Carin communities is adding sub meters to the trailers there. We may live in a trailer park but we pay taxes to and we want out plumbing inspected by the city like the rest we are tired of hillbilly plumbing. The most important thing about these meters , are the lead compliant? Who knows because there not getting inspected.

    The city inspector said the city is considering it a repair not requiring a permit...... A repair means your fixing something that's broke , how is adding something that wasn't there the day before a repair.

    I'm a licensed plumber in the state of Oklahoma I've talked to my inspectors in the city who agree with me.

    We at El Reno village are tax payers we deserve to be treated as such
