Park bench overlooking Pacific Marina ( just past Gate 8 and behind the Pacific Lighthouse Restaurant /Oakland Yacht Club) is totally unusable as all the slats have fallen away or been removed. While not an emergency it has been a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the boats and the marina.
