This lady park her car every afternoon here Fire hydrant

I am having the same problem every weekend. Many cars park in double lines. I ask drivers if they can move their cars and the usual answer is:: I am just visiting and they stay there for more than an hour. If parking enforcement could come to help me with this problem. I appreciated it very much
