    The recycling site at Five Points is a disgrace! The steps are unsafe. A number of them are too far from the bins. The bins are overfull. There is a lot of litter on the ground, including broken glass. The condition of the site discourages people from going there to recycle.

    Deep ruts in back alley collect water, which attracts mosquitoes and makes alley impassible. Utility truck got stuck the other day. Back alley is west of Mathis St., between W. Alden and W. Cranford.
