OHello,
I currently own an empty residential lot in the Langlais Drive area that is empty and uncleared. What channels can I go through to get permits to park my Class A Recreational Vehicle for my residence in order to have a place to stay while I develop my property in the future?

What process can I go through to get a water meter, electrical meter, and sewage hookups (or proper permits for a sewage/septic tank) to use with my RV? I plan on developing my property in the near future and want to reside on the property in my recreational vehicle for the duration of future developments until a house on my property is completed after everything necessary to build it is finished (permits, planning, etc).
