    One side of a bike U-rack is rusted off or cut at the base. It is no longer secure to lock a bike on.

    The location is one storefront north of 727 San Pablo. It is located on the sidewalk in front of a blank storefront between Payless Computers and Kobayashi Dentist office.

    A handicapped spot is slated to go in in front of Kobayashi, so Public Works will be in that area in the forceable future.
