    On Second Street between Castro and Martin Luther King there is a tent and shopping cart, someone living there for the past 6 + weeks, have talked to the Assistant City Administrator NUMEROUS TIMES, talked with NUMEROUS police officers in the Area and NOTHING has been done. We spent years getting this area designated as a NO CAMPING ZONE which it seems the City now refuses to enforce. There is another small camp with multiple campers that has popped up on 2nd and Jefferson street as well.

    There has been a tent with someone camping on Castro between 2nd and 3rd. This is a no camping zone.

    On Monday reported a full King or Queen sized mattress with some camping under the freeway on Martin Luther King between 5th and 6th in what is now the "no camping zone".
    Now there is another mattress on the other side of the street with two people now camping under the freeway.
