    The traffic light on Paseo del Norte east/west is defective. The left turn light always goes on even when there is no one in either left turn lane. This is delaying the through traffic for the whole left light turn time. Cycle or trip mechanism needs to be fixed.

    Las Marcadas Park II has numerous goatheads both by the sidewalks at Tia Christina and surrounding the gazebo. These need to be pulled out or burned, not just cut, since the goathead seeds just get attached to peoples shoes or to pets feet. It is hazardous to pets. The lawn and grounds look nice, but no one got rid of the goatheads. Every year it's the same problem.

    The ramp area at Double Eagle airport is overrun with weeds. These weeds are above the legal height and need to be exterminated. I pay for my airplane to be tied down there and do not wish to taxi over weeds to go flying.

    Las Marcadas II public park again has hundreds of goatheads in the grass and especially in the space between the sidewalks and street curbing. Dangerous to people and pets. They were poisoned about a month ago, but they are back with even more now. they need to be eradicated for good.

    Reported goathead issue at Las Marcadas II Park. Stated that the goatheads need to either be burned, pulled out, or poisoned or they will spread. The landscape crew just cut the lawn, missed half the goatheads, and just mowed them, spreading them all over the street, sidewalk and stone border area. Now pets and people are all picking up the goatheads. They didn't even cut all the goatheads, there are still plants with the goatheads on them growing up.

    There are hundreds of "goatheads" in Las Marcadas II Park, especially in front of the parking lot and the stones between the sidewalk and the curb. They need to be either burned or poisoned, NOT cut, If they are just cut, they will just regrow. Maintenance has done a good job with mowing, but they have not removed the goatheads. Neighborhood people and dogs are constantly getting stuck with these nuisance weeds.

    APS school bus #1187 pulled through a stop bar at Asbury Lane into the pedestrian crosswalk in front of me this morning at 7:28am. The driver never looked east( where I was coming from) so I had to stop by the bus door and wait until the bus pulled out onto Paradise. The driver never looked east. I could not go around the bus since I would have been out on Paradise boulevard. I could not go around the back of the bus as there was no room. This bus has pulled out beyond the stop bar into the pedestrian crosswalk numerous times, as to other buses on the streets entering Paradise Boulevard. I am requesting that all bus drivers be re-trained that they are to stop AT the stop bar, NOT in the crosswalk. Next time this happens, I am filing a police report on the bus driver. School buses are not above the law.

    Las Marcadas II Park needs mowing near Tia Christina DE, and as a safety hazard, they have let goatheads grow at the edge of the all the sidewalks, creating a bad situation for children and pets. These need to be removed, not cut. The goatheads are overhanging the sidewalks now.

    5400-5440 Paradise Boulevard Northwest Albuquerque, New Mexico - Paradise Hills
    Geneva and Brunswick streets do not have stop lines and crosswalks marked. Cars speed out to enter Paradise Blvd, without looking "down" the street and pull right out to Paradise, blocking the unmarked crosswalk. I have been nearly run over numerous times by drivers not stopping at the unmarked stop line. this is a liability waiting to happen. the street department needs to mark a stop line and crosswalk on these streets as soon as possible.
