Flickered for a night or 2 then stopped working altogether.

All street lights on N Ardmore between Broad & Denver have been out for at least the last 3 nights.

Location is west side of street - alley between home and synagogue. Contractor who performed utility work did not properly maintain pitch when repaving/patching. The pavement on the alley side of the curb has settled and there is a puddle 8" deep when it rains. Not a huge deal but during freeze/thaw weather there is a large ice patch. This has then caused potholes to form along the concrete/asphalt junction.
