There is illegal dumping in the alley of the abandoned house on Maxwell st. There is sink hole in back of my property at 3700 Parker and the neighbors on Maxwell do not keep the alley clean .There is over grown bush and trees bloking the alley, and a report of a dead dog somewhere in the alley. The alley between Parker/ Maxwell --Mack and Sylvester ends is horrible. I stay at 3706 Parker.
