1180 W 8th St Corona, CA 92882, USA - Corona
The length of 8th Street between Lincoln and Smith 'continues' to be a serious quality of life problem. The street is trash strewn, graffiti across the whole back of the Superior Foods shopping center, transients emptying dumpsters out while digging, there are numerous abandoned cars, and now at least two vehicles with people living in them, and an abandoned car still at 8th and Grant I reported a few weeks ago that is still there.
I will be writing a letter to the Chief of Police and the appropriate zone commander tomorrow. There are numerous agencies in place to deal with these issues, but the chronic problems continue.

Street Striping/Curb Painting Archived801-899 South Grant Avenue Corona, California - Corona
I am writing in regard to a red curb restriction on our street. I am hoping we can have it reevaluated and removed. When it was first placed, it was for a school bus stop
The school district has since eliminated busing - for a number of years now. Next to that, as a “sight distance” safety measure for the alley entrance it is way too long.
This curb restriction removes up to four parking spaces (see enclosed pictures, in between the traffic cones) across from our address, in an area were parking is a premium.
Also, there has been no maintenance on this strip for a number of years. I don’t if this is a city responsibility or if that area is the maintenance responsibility of the church property. As you can see from the pictures, the curb and area is a mess.
