    Could someone of authority please advise the owners at 15 Welch Dr. there is a town wide ordinance regarding the right time to put garbage and recyclables out to the curb and retrieve the tippers, that everyone else seems to be able to follow without further direction. No one wants to look at their tippers for two full days instead of part of one every week. They also seem to feel that it’s OK to leave them out in the street until the next week, when they missed the correct pick up day. Thank you.

    New road has ever widening crack from both curbs on both sides of street to manhole cover. Should at least be sealed as not to undermine any further.
