Another year has gone by and this will be the 3rd year that the owner at 4782 S. 43rd St. is not around to take care of mowing the grass. the 1st year (2016 late summer to fall) the City had to cut it, last year ( 2017) The City worked with the owner to contract Bluemel's to mow the lawn. The lawn is getting long and the dandelions are in full bloom. It would be appreciated that the lawn be cut before the dandelions go to seed as the neighbors yards are being affected. Could someone please contact me this year to give me an update on the progress of working with the owner. I would like to avoid the the drama of years past.
