Our street was re-paved on monday and what I thought was a "first coat" is actually what we are left with? There's one area where the pavement "oozed" onto our sidewalk bricks, but the biggest problem I have is how rough and unfinished it is. My kids can't safely even ride their scooters out front because it is so rough and unsafe.
