    There is a dead tree on College Manor Drive. It's the 2nd to last tree on the left hand side when you are driving down toward the end of College Manor Drive. Due to the wind over the last few days, the tree lost numerous branches (some large) that came crashing down onto the sidewalk and street. Fortunately, it missed cars and people, but it is near a school bus stop. There is also another dead tree that is about 4 up from that tree. The county came out months ago, marked the tree and never came back to remove it. These two tress are a hazard to our community and need to be removed before we get snow and ice. Thank you.

    Hydraulic fluid spill throughout our community. Yesterday our trash and recycling was picked up. The date was Friday, June 30th, 2017 throughout our neighborhood there is hydraulic fluid all over the roads as well as on personal property. After speaking with numerous neighbors it was determined this came from the trash or recycling truck that came through our neighborhood yesterday. There is hydraulic fluid throughout the community roads as well as on personal property such as mailboxes, personally-owned vehicles and jet skis. We would like the county to come clean this up as soon as possible as we consider this a Hazmat situation. There are multiple dogs that walk through these streets as well as children playing each and every day. Thank you.
