    This is kind of the opposite request...We own these lots and had invested quite a bit of money and time the past two years replacing the grass in the bes m with mulch and native grasses/perennials but they've been mowed down twice now, inviting more weeds How can we ensure this doesn't continue to happenIs there a sign we can put out?

    We do have a request in as well for repairing the sidewalk (along Essex) and curb (along Newport) The continued stop-and-go construction from the various water projects here over the past couple years has significantly impacted ?

    A tree was removed last fall and was supposed to be replaced here at 492 Newport I've also reported to them that the curb needs to be fixed before that so that the dirt doesn't just continue to pour into Street. It's non existent across 492 and 494 Newport

    Our blockclub cleaned out the alleyway this past fall just in time for the DTE crews to come through and make repairs to their poles Unfortunately when they did so, their heavy machinery created/exposed a bunch of sinkholes I reported these late last year/early this year and at some point it was closed on here and someone from the city put up caution tape but nothing was fixed. Likely because of the caution tape and sink holes - neighbors have been reluctant to go back there as individuals to maintain their area and it has become overgrown again making it even harder to see the sinkholes We need the city/DTE to help repair the alley so that it's safe for residents to access and maintain

    We had over four feet of sewage and rainwater flood our basement. We lost over $16k worth of personal belongings and had to pay nearly $2800 for sanitization and cleanup - not to mention the additional damage of lost work time and extra childcare needed to be home taking care of this. We also likely have at least $10k more in building damage that must be fixed - our wood stairs, walls patched or replaced, repaint walls and level/seal floors from where walls/boiler were removed, etc

    There's a leak mid sidewalk here and a ton of standing water from the sidewalk being caved in. Can you please update with what's being done here? Two other reports made weeks ago were closed saying it was "taken care of" and yet it's still leaking water weeks later with just a signpost I've also reached out to my district representative

    Not a pothole but couldn’t find another category. This speed humps was just installed a few weeks ago and it’s white markings are already deteriorating. The city shouldn’t use whatever it was. Cracked like glass.
