Parking being removed. Stop sign installations on E St. at corners of 2nd & 3rd requires 50' red curb. This is reducing availability of parking spaces. Request city install diagonal parking on one side of street to replace lost spaces and provide adequate parking for residents.

Resident of the halfway house on corner of D st and 3rd ave walks around neighborhood pulls his pants down or they "fall off" (NCPD case #1800441). Has thrown fruit at my house , rings doorbell in early AM . This person is a menace to the neighborhood. Would like halfway house to be removed from our area

A mobile home shall not be used for living or sleeping purposes except when located in an approved mobile home park or unless it meets the criteria for factory built housing in state law as defined by Civil Code Section 18.007. **************************************Family is living in RV that is parked in driveway just south of 320 E Ave. The family includes 3 young children, a young dog, adult male & female. The dog is sometime housed in a small white car. This family has been parking in the streets around the area. The children are allowed to run around in the street and on private property (our yards) unsupervised. They state they have permission from owner of 431 4th st to park in the driveway on E Ave.

Energy towing company (619-805-6974) habitually parking flatbed tow truck and or truck with attached vehicle transport trailer in front of 306 E ave. Also parks around 2nd and F St area. Reported same issue on 3 July #3532404 was closed. This vehicle sat so long it had a dead battery and had to be jumped to start. Please help correct parking issue
