    Temporary no parking signs were posted on Morgan Street between Grove and Marin today spanning from Monday, July 16th all the way to August 13th. This is totally out of the blue and no one has informed us what construction will be going on during a whole month on our block. Residents get permits to be able to park on the street and closing off our block for a month is a pretty major inconvenience.
