Couple does not pick-up after their dog despite warnings from Sterling Heights Animal Control and condo association. Dog defecates on communal sidewalk, elderly neighbor's front yard, and other areas where it attracts flies and creates odor. After elderly neighbor politely asks them to clean up after their dog, they become irate, gives elderly neighbor the middle finger, and threatens to sue her. Also makes comments about President Trump and that if he is in power she cannot do anything. Elderly neighbor feels that her safety is being threatened.
