    The bike path behind the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Menaul continues to have litter strewn all over the place. Please clean this area up and have Walmart lock their dumpsters. There are also two stolen Walmart shopping carts on the bike path within half a mile of this store.

    This intersection needs "cross traffic does not stop" signs added to the stop signs facing north and south. I have reported this issue twice already via ABQ 311 and both times it was ignored and closed without any progress. Other nearby intersections have these signs so it is inconsistent and dangerous to not have the same type of signs at this intersection.
