    In the past two years we have seen a higher rate of cars parking in our parking lot only to have another car arrive within 5 minutes. They know each other and at least one person always gets out and approaches the other vehicle. I don't know if these are drug deals or what but I want more police patrol through my neighborhood. These encounters make me extremely uncomfortable and mad that they want to come into my neighborhood with this crap.

    Because our neighbor likes to "feed the animals" with her food trash, we have animals getting in our recycling bins when our cart is full. We are requesting a second cart because no one will do anything about the neighbor and we do not want animals on our property.

    Neighbor continuously dumping food trash and pulled weeds in common area. Also not picking up after her dog (who she lets loose) in the common area. We have an increased issue with animals getting in our secured garbage cans because she is "feeding them". We are concerned because this is a common area where children play and we do not want issues to arise with rodents or other scavengers. We have reported her to the HOA but to no avail. There have also been at least two incidents where her trash has been thrown on our property.
