    The new homes under construction on the west side of Henry at this location are at a higher elevation than the older mature homes to the west on S. Cole dr. but they are using the 15 yr. old existing homes privacy walls, which are only 5'5" tall for that elevation and therefore shorter than the 6 ft. height code requirement. The walls between the new homes are at 6 ft. code, but 7 inches shorter on the west wall. The builder is making no attempt to raise the existing wall or comply with TOG code for these privacy walls. Please contact the builder and ensure compliance. The homeowners to the west, have discussed legal action to force code compliance as a class action if required.
