    Whose responsibility is it to keep ice and snow off of the sidewalk bordering the parking lot on Brown and Free St. corner? This is a handicap crosswalk as well as a marked pedestrian crosswalk. Today the only alternative was to walk in the middle of street for the last half of the block.

    Large tagging graffiti appeared again this week between #15 and the Subway on the corner. Please put this building on the list for cleaning. Wish there could be a police drive-by at night, as this an ongoing event on our block.

    This appeared over night (it is a pile of human waste in the gutter next to a truck), the same night as the graffiti on the walls (also reported). We have seen our block used as a toilet quite often, including the parking lot under our balcony in the back and the dumpster enclosure also there. I just ask for occasional policing during the evening and night!

    I walk my dog on Free St. There used to be bright striping and signs indicating the yield to pedestrians crossing. Neither are there now, at least at most crossings. I am tired of being almost run over. Please restore the signs and repaint the white lines!
