section of sidewalk was removed and not replaced

street lights along road not working

Traffic signal will not change when waiting to cross MLK street.
I waited for about 4 minutes then got out of my car and pressed the PED CALL button but all that did was give an arrow to the south bound turn lane of MLK going into the business park where it then did not give me the green light but gave the green light to the northbound traffic. And Yes, my vehicle was sitting right on top of the loop and I did not move off of it at any time. I finally had to turn around and go back to 94th ave to cross MLK. Ive seen many cars waiting at this light only to give up waiting and run the redlight. Ive even seen a St. Petersburg sanatation truck run the light because it would not change. this is the loop on the west side of MLK and ASI way/Executive Center Drive.

this lady has been sleeping on this bus stop. It looks like she has been urinating there. I think that she needs assistance. she seems to be there early in the morning but I have seen her throughout the day. can someone please help her

Hedge again is growing over the sidewalk. since last year's hurricane Ian there have been branches that are hanging over the sidewalk that need to be removed. I use this sidewalk every day for the last 8 years and it seems they only time these hedges get trimmed is only after I put in a complaint with SCF. Can the city just remove the hedge since its never kept up. .

THIS HEDGE COVERS THE SIDEWALK!!! THE SIDEWALK IS ON CITY PROPERTY! THE BRANCHES CROSS OVER ONTO CITY PROPERTY. NOW YOU CAN EITHER TRIM THEM OR HAVE THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY TRIM THEM! Please remove the palm trees that line the street making it impossible to see cars coming out of this street.
I almost got hit by a pickup truck because we could not see each other. These trees are blocking Visibility on a street that ends at 54ave N at an angle.

Pothole has been there so long that residents have placed a sandbag in it

Homeless are back in the area again. There are beer bottles all up and down the sidewalk.
While back on this walkway I passed a guy sitting on the walkway drinking beer and leaving his bottles and trash. Place has not been mowed since the last time I requested something to be done. we use this walkway and the homeless constantly trash the area and make it unsafe for people to use this walkway to go from 94th Ave to MLK along Gandy. This is the third time Ive personally had to report them trashing this area. It would be nice if the police or some one go back there from time to time and also cut the trees and grass along the walkway.
This is the walkway that runs behind LifeStorage but is not on their property.

Water Quality in Mastry Lake is so poor that there appears that very few fish are in the lake.
City need to get control of the algae in lake as it's a green as pea soup.
Maybe add some aeration system to make the lake healthy again.

They border the walkway and are only trimmed when a complaint is made. since they do not maintain these hedges they should be removed so you don't have to walk in the wet grass. these are at both ends of the sidewalk in front of the Enclave Apartments
Do not just close this because you dont want to take care of this issue.
THIS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE AMERICAN'S WITH DISABILITIES ACT AND WILL BE REPORTED AS SUCH! PEOPLE WITH WHEEL CHAIRS OR MOBILITY SCOOTERS HAVE TO LEAVE THE SIDEWALK AND TRAVEL OVER THE WET SOGGY GRASS!
THE CITY IS REQUIRED BY THE ADA TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE!

They have done it again! Homeless camp trashed area
Trash piled up along walkway adjacent to Gandy blvd between MLK and 94th ave.

Looks like an abandoned homeless camp. tarps, trash, bicycles parts and im sure much much worse.
This is a walkway that has no way for anyone to exit from it save for the ends at either MLK or 94th due to fences on both sides of walkway. it's blocked with garbage and who knows what else.

The location is behind LifeStorage on 94th (1159 94th AVE North) Your going to have to get behind it on the sidewalk that runs behind it. that means you will have to either go from MLK or from 94th AVE since the sidewalk is lined with chainlink fence.
So so you understand it its on the sidewalk that runs between MLK and 94th along GANDY BLVD but its directly behind LifeStorage at 1159 94th AVE. HOWEVER! You will not be able to get access from lifestorage property you will need to go down the sidewalk to get to it. So I dont know how to explain it better to you people. BEHIND LIFESTORAGE NOT ON THEIR PROPERTY ON THE SIDEWALK THAT RUNS BEHIND LIFESTORAGE.. ALONG GANDY BLVD.. THEY HAVE TRASHED THE WHOLE SIDEWALK!
