    Dr Horton the builder has been digging in the HOA common are in an attempt to connect to a sewer line. This has been going on for almost two months. The job site has been idle for well over a week. There is a raw sewage smell that comes from the area.

    Job site is not secure and small children play in and around the area since it is common property for the neighborhood.

    Dr Horton needs to be held accountable to finishing their work in a timely manner.

    Trash cans (2) and several black bags were placed by the curb the night before pickup.

    Trash services only picked up the cans and left the bags.

    When I called last week i ask for a special pickup and was told that the additional trash would be picked up on our regular trash day.

    Need someone to come out immediately to re empty the cans and pick up the bags.

    The owner does not have building permits but is removing tress and moving a significant amount of dirt. There are piles of dirt onone side of the lot which is forcing all the water to run onto my lot. These actions are preventing proper storm water drainage with a significant amount of water draining onto my lot instead of following the proper flow that was intended when the subdivision was initially developed.

    These actions are causing erosion to my properly and damaging my newly installed fence.
