    There is a very large branch of a street tree that has broken in the wind storm. It is caught in another branch. It needs to be removed.

    The drain at Cornell and Gibbons is not draining properly. Water backs up onto property when actively raining. This is a major storm drain entry point. The drain capacity must accommodate the storm water from the surrounding neighbors. Please don't say Gibbons is a problem. Not all Gibbons drains are node drains. Some of them feed into this drain.

    Huge cracking sound in tree last night. (About 11:30 pm) Large branch may fall. Passersby heard the crack and saw a large branch start a fall and then be caught by the tree. I was inside next door (3025) and also heard the loud sound. We reported it to the police who were to pass it on to maintenance. Tree trimmers in the next block know nothing about it. I believe this is a dangerous situation. (Overhanging limb is slighly redder)

    Water backup into my property
    Erosion that is cracking my driveway bib.
    No access to drainage to remove water from my property.
