    The onramp at Serfas Club/91 Fwy continues to cause major delays/flow issues. Without police presence, people are continually clogging up intersections, making illegals turns, trying to cut in from the stretch of Pomona/Bonnie to the 91 on ramp from the left lane, which is clogging up people trying to go straight from that lane. They are also still turning right onto the freeway illegally from that lane which has caused numerous close calls with accidents. It took me 40 minutes this morning to get from Pomona to just making the right onto the freeway, and then 2 semi's cutting in at last minute almost caused numerous cars to crash into them, and another truck cut me off by turning right from the 2nd lane. This is getting ridiculous, and unacceptable. Traffic flowed better during construction than it does now!! Something needs to be done whether there is police presence during rush hour EVERY morning, or figure something else out to fix all this congestion and illegal turns/blocking intersections.

    The flow of the #1 lane turning right onto the freeway off Railroad is atrocious. Since the city changed the #2 lane to go straight only, and the #1 to go straight or turn right onto 91 fwy, it has been an absolute mess. People are driving up the #2 lane to the light and still turn, cutting people off, or they wait until the light to try and merge into the #1 lane, causing miles of backup on Railroad. There are also no warning signs on Railroad notifying anyone that you can only turn onto freeway from #1 lane. This has created much hostility, road rage, confusion and unbearable congestion for this onramp that needs to be addressed immediately. Also, semi tractors have a hard time turning only from the #1 lane. And there are no warning signs on Railroad letting anyone know #2 lane is no longer a right turn lane. Something needs to be done about this immediately before someone gets hurt, or hostilities take over.....thank you.
