    At Harvard street and mystic valley, going eastbound, there is now (starting ~4/29/19) a left turn only lane. ~90+% of the traffic go either straight or right. By establishing a dedicated left turn lane, the number of cars that get thru per light has been essentially cut in half, i.e. there are now ~400 fewer cars that get thru per hour during rush hour.

    Can the left turn lane be reconsidered?

    Extremely dangerous piles of plowed snow into the sidewalk. Going over bridge now requires either walking with cars going over 40+mph OR walking on mounds of snow that are at the SAME height of the guardrail. Seems inevitable that a pedestrian gets hit by car or slips on the snow mounds and falls over the bridge.
