    Was vacuumed out recently but the problem is the drain further east down the street at 109 Talbot
    A city line crosses county drain line perpendicular
    The man hole is mismarked and we told the crew but nothing has been done
    We have had this problem for a few years now and have complained before but it's not been resolved
    We would appreciate you looking into it again
