During last storm large limb of Sweet Gum has split and is hanging dangerously over sidewalk. The weight of the tree limb on the Cherry tree in the front of the house has also caused major damage to that tree.
This needs immediate attention.

Late last Fall (I believe in November) the County replaced portions of the sidewalk on both sides of my driveway. After the concrete segments were poured, they spread hay and grass seed over the areas that were dug up but the entire area has turned into a muddy mess creating a great deal of soil erosion and muddy water run-off into the stormwater drains. I know that other addresses on Mellenbrook have the same issues. We very much appreciate your attention to this. Thank you.

Point of information: I would like to know who is responsible for medical costs (including vet costs) when someone ( or a pet) is injured after walking on the seeds from the Sweet Gum trees lining the street between the sidewalk and the road?

This is the second time I have reported the low hanging limbs on the tree by Thunderhill Elementary School. This is a photo of the limbs which go over the sidewalk on Mellenbrook Road by the tennis courts.

Branches continue to fall from the tree. This is the 2nd time we have reported fallen limbs from this tree.

Large limb feel across half the road. Motorist moved it to side. Thank to him. It's a healthy limb which had to be hit by a very tall truck. Mellenbrook road is a major thoroughfare and the canopy of trees across the street and the low limbs over the sidewalks are dangerous. Trees need to be trimmed especially before school opens.
