One of the pedestrian buttons on the south side of the Ewen / Derwent traffic light is not working properly.

The button acts as if it is being constantly depressed. This causes the traffic light to cycle constantly (the pedestrian signal on the south side always turns green to cross Derwent) even if nobody is around.

The drinking fountain is constantly dripping.

Steer light bulb is dying. Continuously flickers on and off every minute or so.

Several garbage bins on the river walk are getting very full.

The traffic light at Derwent & Ewen is cycling continuously, even if there are no cars present. The pedestrian light doesn’t change automatically. It remains red unless the button is pushed.

One leg of this bench is looking very precarious.

Bin close to overflowing

Look at this beautiful sculpture! Except people shouldn’t have to make sculptures out of their dog waste.

Here we go again. Full and overflowing. Methinks replacing the big bin with a small one was a rather bad idea. Unless somebody comes by daily to empty the small one.

Garbage was emptied out on Monday, July 29, but is already full again on July 30.

Walkway light is damaged

Pedestrian control button is malfunctioning. It acts as if it were always being pushed. This forces the traffic signal at Derwent & Ewen to cycle constantly. It always thinks there are pedestrians wanting to cross Derwent.

The garbage bin has disappeared.

Are work crew supposed to leave equipment like this for the weekend? I sure hope not. The lift is turned sideways, sticking out in the roadway. The crosswalk is roped off to pedestrians. Acceptable while work is being done. Ridiculous to keep it like that for the weekend.

Garbage bin at the bus stop at 1 Renaissance Square is once again overflowing.

First light on river walk is out.

The street light in front of 245 Furness Street is not working (bulb glowing very dimly).
