    A popular spot for homeless camps. The homeless have broken the obstacle on the wall so now they can walk down the freeway retaining wall....on the private property side and use drugs, litter, and dedicate on the property.

    More damage has been started to a second fence jsut went of first pictured fence.

    Needs to be repaired and re-enforced.
