On Tuesday, 11/16, a city of St. Petersburg garbage truck sprayed lots of leaking motor oil/hydraulic fluid (pretty sure it is hydraulic fluid) in the roadway throughout the 1900 and 2000 blocks of Michigan Avenue NE in Venetian Isles. Not sure if there is anything that can be done about it, but the Sanitation Department needs to immediately take the offending garbage truck out of service and have it repaired. Note: No applicable category to select.

Remove pictured unsightly remains of damaged concrete traffic light/streetlight pole in front of Pilot Bank at the southwest corner of 4th Street North and 22nd Avenue North.

Combination stop sign/street sign on northwest corner of 5th Avenue North and 10th Street North knocked down/bent over (probably struck by a motor vehicle) and signage visible to approaching traffic. This is a safety issue . . . please repair/replace ASAP.

Long-standing large pothole/depression in roadway in front of 4419 Huntington Street NE.

Finish filling in and paving multiple bone-jarring construction-related cuts in pavement on Shore Acres Boulevard NE from intersection of Overlook Drive NE to Venetian Boulevard NE.

Large pothole in Overlook Drive NE at intersection with Huntington Street NE.

Large pothole in Huntington Street NE just north of Delaware Avenue NE.

Repair/re-pave ~2 1/2' x 6' x4" deep rectangular opening in asphalt roadway created several weeks ago by repair crew. Opening is in center of roadway on Kentucky Avenue NE just east of Overlook Drive NE directly in front of the property line between 1901 Kentucky Avenue NE and 1911 Kentucky Avenue NE.

Repair multiple potholes in city owned parking lot across from St. Anthony's Hospital between 5th Avenue North and I-375.

Repair five inoperative streetlights on south side of 5th Avenue North (opposite St. Anthony's Hospital) between Jackson Street North and 14th Street North.

Install flashing amber lights at two existing unlit pedestrian crosswalks across 5th Avenue North adjacent to St. Anthony's Hospital. One cross walk is opposite the old emergency room ramp and the other is at the southwest corner of the Jackson Street Parking Garag (where team members congregate to smoke)e Both cross walks are frequented by hospital patrons and team members accessing the parking lot between 5th Avenue North and I-375..

Install cross walk across 5th Avenue North at intersection of Jackson Street North and 5th Avenue North. This is a high pedestrian traffic area for St. Anthony's hospital patrons and employees and needs a marked crosswalk with appropriate signage and amber flashing lights.

Amber flashing cross walk lights on south side of 5th Avenue North adjacent to St. Anthony's Hospital are not working. Apparently, they have not worked for several weeks.

One of two sets of amber LED lights facing west on illuminated crosswalk sign on north side of 5th Avenue North in 1100 block (adjacent to St. Anthony's Hospital) is not functioning and needs to be repaired/replaced.

Need to re-paint faded (very hard to see) stop bar and cross-walk lines at the intersection of Overlook Drive NE and Grand Canal Boulevard NE.

Two non-Duke Energy streetlights on the south side of 5th Avenue North across the street from St. Anthony's Hospital are not working.

~12-16” diameter pothole in center of road.

Pothole approximately 1’ in diameter x 10–12” deep in center of inbound lane of Snell Island Boulevard at intersection of Coffee Pot Riviera.

The traffic light arrows for eastbound and westbound traffic turning from 22nd Avenue North onto 34th Street North are very short in duration (~7 seconds) making it very difficult for vehicles in the turn lanes to clear the intersection. Please lengthen cycle time.
