    - Piles of trash, debris and waste
    - Vagrants passed out / unconscious in public

    Please remove this illegal encampment of vagrants and the waste that is building at a very rapid rate.

    Trash, graffiti and vagrant infiltration in the triangle between Webster St & Constitution Ave.

    Please remove the trash buildup as well as the multiple vagrant encampments who are making dangerous to walk past them in order to reach the bus stop at Willie Stargell & Webster St.
