    AT&T has been digging near the ditch on kiam. They have yet to remove the bore soil from the drainage ditch and it caused the ditch to fill to the top during Monday’s rain. Given the threat of tropical storms in the gulf at the moment, this should be removed immediately to prevent flooding.

    This is a city owned property with at least 3 "yellow tags" in the past year with no action other than for the DON to place another sign. Is the city of Houston exempt from rules regarding nuisance properties? The overgrowth is literally covering half the street.
