Recently curb & gutter repair was completed at 330 Whitehall Lane ( approximately 5houses). Sunflower paving was contracted by the city for work. We were informed of the sprinkler cost was owner’s responsibility BUT the replacement of the dirt and subsequent seeding was done by city or sunflower, not sure which. The ground was left with so many rocks and chunks of concrete, plus being totally not level that yard area can’t be mowed due to danger of rocks being thrown! All of this was initially not apparent since a layer of straw was placed on top.
Im very displeased with the final step in the street repair process. Hope the other Prospect Hills neighbors take note since there is so much street removal work being done here. Good luck with your sprinkler repair too…mine cost $800.
