At night there are hundreds of cockroaches coming from the manhole in my cul-de-sac. I've noticed it for months now and the roaches cover the street at night and make their way to neighboring homes. I've watched and they are all coming out of the holes in the manhole cover. I'm hoping this area can be treated to prevent these pests from spreading.
