The city built bulkhead and grading on the land above it is attracting trespassers to cross over, and climb down the grading, for the Seattle skyline view. It is simply not safe and someone could get seriously hurt from falling.
Like to see some strict no trespassing signs from the City, and possibly some enforcement to make the message stick.
