  • 629 San Mateo Blvd Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - Parkland Hills
This property is repeatedly used as a camp area for the vagrants along San Mateo and is again occupied. According to the new ACS this issue is code enforcement, I believe since it’s on private property. Please step up the effort in removing these blighted repeat situations in our neighborhood. The city has $50 million in the budget to “fix” this and you’ve added money to clean up the mess to OUR MONTHLY TRASH BILL!!! It would be greatly actually see results from this administration. Thank you

  • 1201-1299 Quincy St Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - Parkland Hills
Poor irrigation coverage throughout the East side and of the park. This has been reported to Park Maintenance Volunteer Coordinator, park maintenance staff, a park manager supervisor over the last 3 weeks. There has been no improvement. This is an annually recurring issue at Kalloch park. Hopefully nrotors will be adjusted soon so we have a fully green park
  • 5200 Central Ave Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - Highland
Another vagrant camp set up. These vagrants have a lovely family room sized screen porch for all the social gatherings. Fortunately they’ve selected a location just across from the ART station on Central at San Mateo. Now they can cruise Central for free just steps away from “home”. Are these the traveling Florida vagrants?? City council sure is generous with OUR tax dollars. Please clean up your mess City!

This picture was taken today. This situation has existed since February 11,2022 with various occupants. Transit police no action. Solid waste no action. Police no action. Wasn’t there another “task force team” initiated by THE CITY? Still no action. ANY positive return on our tax investment for safe clean streets would be appreciated.

Trash, tumbleweed debris and missing silt fence continue to be issues that plague the city owned property at Kathryn and San Mateo. This property was purchased by the city 5 years ago to build OUR NEW POLICE SUBSTATION. They won’t build the substation now…the won’t even maintain city property to a standard they expect of citizens. Accordingly no to Sean Foran, aid to councilor Pat Davis, district 6, there is no city department with maintenance responsibility for this property…after 5 years? Seems odd. But that’s how things “progress” in district 6. Thank you.
  • Kathryn Ave Se & San Mateo Blvd Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - South San Pedro
As with most bus stops on San Mateo, this one is and has been filthy for weeks. Perhaps the transit police and city sanitation could help with homeless issues, sleeping here and trashing our public property.

  • 5017 Inspiration Dr Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - Parkland Hills
Tent shopping cart several people obviously “camping” in a city park against code. Transit police had to break up a camp at a bus stop at San Mateo and Zuni over the weekend. Please remove these trespassers who do not want help but only to be a burden on our neighborhood.

The picture should speak for itself. City departments have a week day program at this facility. What a shame for the children, who we, and the leaders of this city, supposedly care so much about, that have to see this mess and human waste every day!! At least “ Crimes Down”! Our mayor tells us. Disgraceful
  • 1012-1054 San Mateo Blvd Se Albuquerque, NM, 87108, USA - South San Pedro
Silt fence around corn property at this entire location/block is torn, damaged, nonexistent. Not the greatest example for residents to care for their property. Cities used to lead by example, obviously not the case in our blighted city, especially the southeast heights!! Thanks Pat Davis. Still waiting for the park and police facility you promised and we passed bonds to build. Disappointing but I guess it’s the norm for our leaders now. What a shame.

NE corner Eunice Kallock Park at least 3 spray rotors have issues on NE. On Quincy st rotor over sprays to street both on Quincy and Anderson. On Anderson Ave rotor does not pop up completely causing runoff (cut sod around head appears a recent repair?!). In turf NE corner rotor throws water only 3-5 feet in a small stream, not efficient.
