    RE: Hazardous Trees/Limbs
A "set of incidents" occurred within 3 weeks apart of falling a tree/limb that line the roadside of Beechwood Avenue, North Hills.
On the evening of Monday, July 24, 2017, a large tree fell across Beechwood Avenue into my yard damaging my property. Upper Dublin Township promptly removed the tree on Tuesday morning, placing the “green waste” along the roadside. The previous incident was a large tree limb that fell across the intersection of Beechwood & Logan Avenue. Again, Upper Dublin Township handled the removal. There are obvious defects (Red Flags) in some remaining trees along the roadway of Beechwood Avenue.
    • Visible rotted, decayed limbs, trunks or roots
    • Part of a tree is leaning dangerously to one side
    • Peeling bark, crack and dry limbs that indicate that it’s dead
    • Line-of-sight obstructed by overgrown vegetation
    • Low hanging branches
The trees create a hazard and are a public nuisance for myself and the surrounding residents. Additionally, there’s a very high potential for additional failures. The trees are a danger to life and my property structure is a potential target. Please help.

I am emailing Mike Creedon at LuLu Country to advise him of this issue. A certified letter will follow.

    Thank you in advance.
