The alley between Rison and Halsey between England and Minor is a giant mud hole. The enormous potholes are now creating enormous trenches in the middle of the road. It is impossible to keep a car clean and horrible for our vehicles. It gets worse with every rain. Please fill in, but to avoid this reoccurring issue, paving would be a solution.
