    From Mayors Office: On 51st Avenue behind Vanidad Services and in front of La Raza Market and Hometown Doughnuts (5040 International) there are numerous chairs, one mattress, and other illegally dumped items. Looks like one couch is there as well. Please remove.

    MAYOR'S OFFICE - 5040 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94601 at the eastern corner of this plaza which holds La Raza Market, there is a green utility box with gang graffiti and a strong urine and feces smell. We were considering this site for a further Mobile Mayor event and the property owner and residents tell me the smell of feces and urine is strong and the graffiti is an eye sore. Please remove or paint and power wash.
