A group of people have been blasting music on the sidewalk in front their building through a large speaker. This was going on all day yesterday until about 2 in the morning along with setting off fireworks around midnight. The issue is that every time a noise complaint is filed, the responding officers close it because they don't see any signs of a violation. But, the speaker is in plain sight right in front of the building and all they do is turn the music off when they see a patrol car approaching and then turn it right back on as soon as the car leaves. The last complaint that was filed is #311-07052333. Please advise. Thank you.

I wanted to ask you if there is a way for someone to get access to the surveillance camera that's mounted to the light post on the SW corner of Flatbush Ave and Stephens Ct in front of 1276 Flatbush Ave. Yesterday, Saturday the 14th, sometime between 8 and 10 in the morning my car was hit while parked in front of 1274 Flatbush Ave and the driver left without leaving a note. I was able to see the footage of the incident from the gas stations cameras across the street but they're not good enough to pick up the license plate. The responding police officers just took a report and weren't able to offer any help regarding the camera's footage. I am wondering if there is a way to get that footage from the public surveillance camera. The footage of the incident is there, but I don't know how to get it so I can get the person's insurance company to pay for my damage. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Every day weather permitting, people are blasting music from a late model green Ford Expedition that's parked either directly in front or in close proximity to 2313 Newkirk Ave. I filed a noise complaint at 4:32 pm on June 6th (C1-1-1731720921) and the police didn't respond until 10 hours later at 2:23 am, at which time the music has stopped and the police "observed no evidence of the violation at that time". The second noise complaint (C1-1-1732360011) was filed last night, June 7th, at 10:09 pm and the police didn't respond until seven and a half hours later at 5:38 am at which time they once again "observed no evidence of the violation". Please let me know, what I can do to get the local police department to respond in a timely fashion and actually enforce the NYC Noise Code. Thank you.

Every Sunday cars are parked directly in front of 1280 Flatbush Ave in a No Standing Zone. They are completely blocking the right hand turning lane to Bedford Ave.

A white Ford van without plates is constantly being parked overnight at a fire hydrant in front of 27 Stephens Ct and is not being moved for street cleaning. However, the vehicle is occasionally moved and parked at different locations on the block. Traffic enforcement officers do not ticket the vehicle since it doesn't have plates and do not report the vehicle to sanitation. I have filed an abandoned vehicle without plates with 311 (311 Service Request Confirmation #: C1-1-1477516201). Thanks.

There is an abandoned shopping cart full of garbage and a chair that's been left there for about a week. I'm not sure what to do about it or what kind of complaint to file with 311. Please advise. Thanks.
