Street on Marshall Ave., between Dorest and Derby in dire need of replacing. This street has been patched dozens and dozens of times over the past 15-20 years and must be properly addressed. Additionally, the sidewalk ends on the corners of Dorset, Derby and Burghly aves do not have handicap access as required by law. In conclusion, there is a constant issue with of a significant amount of standing water in front of my home at 808 N Derby after even a regular rainfall event. This water also comes up and covers our sidewalk and during the cold winter months turns to solid ice, creating a very dangerous situation. This area of the street is undermined which is causing the pooling of water which can not flow to the drains at the street end. I've brought the aforementioned problems to the last two Ventnor administrations whereas they promised over and over to rectify issues. This is a 15-20 year ongoing problem.
