    More of a sinkhole than pothole - asphalt is not broken, just a 2-foot diameter hole a foot or 2 from the curb.

    On Aug. 1 I requested a new recycling bucket and was told that one would be dropped off within 2 weeks. It is now Aug. 31 and I still don't have the bucket. The case # was CAS-132449-J9S9M5 and now appears to be closed. Can I please get a new bucket?
