I’m tired of looking at this property every time I come to my house. There is always trash in the front yard. Also the fence is a big issue. They are holding with all types of thing and is falling. I’m scare one of does panels will fall on my kids when I walk by them. They have people leaving in the backyard in tents and have the yard trashed as well.

Mattress in the alley way making it difficult to drive to my property, been there for about 2 month and the garbage truck keeps running it over and doesn’t get pick up, coming from 3332 23 st n along with the brown couch.

I reported trash dumping in my property two weeks ago and even though I put a sign up the people from the property at 4300 14th Ave N keeps coming back and throwing the trash on the floor. I don't know why they are so lazy that can't even throw the garbage inside the trash or call for a special pick up at their property. ago

This has been there for more than 2 month.

The tree to the right of this property is all dry up and the branches are braking up and falling on my roof. It already made 2 holes in it. It needs to be remove before any other hurricane come and fall on my house or to their house.

The train track wood has come off and there are holes instead with nails sticking out. Some off the wood are sticking out as well.

it looks like the people leaving there got kick out of the property and all the garbage got thrown outside and no one has clean it. as you can see in the picture it looks like a dump site and it smell really bad. they have garbage on the front of the property and the alley. Also the grass is very tall too.
