Did not receive a recycling cart. Would like to have one.

I know we have a new company now picking up the garbage however the last time our garbage was emptied was December 17 All cans are full and I have two bags in the house that need to go out, but have nowhere to put them

My trash still has NOT been picked up for over THREE WEEKS NOW This unacceptable!!! If the service we pay for can't be done then we should have a refund on the taxes we pay

Going on the third week that the garbage has not been picked up our recyclable cart hasn’t been emptied since the first week of October. Both cans are now over running and need to be empty ASAP.

I have been requesting some to either come fix the wheels on the garbage cart or replace it for over 5 months now. Just how long does it take to fix or replace, 5 months is enough time.

The wheels keep falling off the garbage cart please repair it or replace it. Thank you
